Retirement is not just the end of a career – it’s the beginning of a new, vibrant chapter. To retire in “mint condition” means stepping into this stage of life with clarity, purpose, and financial confidence. Just as something in mint condition is preserved at its very best, your retirement should be lived at its fullest.
Reinvent RetireMINT is about supporting you to prepare for and embrace this transition with fresh energy, renewed perspective, and the right tools to thrive. It’s about ensuring your best years truly become your best years – not by chance, but by design.
At Reinvent RetireMINT we know that retirement planning is not synonymous with financial planning. When most people hear the words “retirement planning,” they immediately think about money such as pensions, savings, investments, and budgets. While financial planning is a critical part of the process, it’s only one piece of the puzzle. True retirement planning goes beyond finances. It’s about preparing for a whole new stage of life one that affects your health, lifestyle, relationships, and sense of purpose.
Our approach is based on the 3 Rs: Reflect, Reset, Reinvent.
Retirement is a major life transition, and planning for it in Kenya comes with unique opportunities and challenges. Key among these is the fact retirement and retirement planning are not seen as essential in our society. After many years in the work place – you are expected to “wing it” during your years in retirement by improvising and making it up as you go along – with no preparation or planning. With rising life expectancy, changing family structures, and the increasing cost of living, it’s more important now than ever to prepare early and wisely for your future.
Why is retirement planning important? Because it ensures that your life after the workplace is not defined by uncertainty or dependence, but by freedom, growth, dignity and that you thrive during your second act. Whether you live in urban areas or rural communities in Kenya, retirement planning allows you to align your resources and lifestyle choices with the life you want after formal employment.
We are passionate about reinventing retirement. Our mission is to shift the way people think about life after work – from seeing it as an ending, to embracing it as an exciting new beginning.
We believe retirement should be about more than slowing down. It’s about creating space to grow, connect, and thrive in ways that reflect your true values and dreams. Whether it’s planning your finances, nurturing your health, rediscovering your purpose, or building meaningful relationships, we are here to walk with you on the journey.
Our team brings together expertise, tools, and practical guidance to help you prepare, adapt, and flourish in this important stage of life. Through coaching, resources, and community, we empower you to design a retirement that is not only secure, but deeply fulfilling. We strongly believe that retirement is not the end of the story – it’s the beginning of your next great chapter.
